SUMMER FEELING IN AUTUMN!

    10 tips against fretfulness

We have just been accustomed to grill parties, bathing lakes and warm evenings on the balcony and the summer is already over. But donʻt worry: the autumn with its bright colors will give us a few more hours of sunshine and whenever itʻs cloudy and rainy outside, these wellness tips are, most certainly, going to help getting in a summer mood!

Wellness Tip No. 1: Stay in Company!

Although it might be comfortable to sit in front of the TV after a busy workday, it is worth to leave the remote aside and to arrange dinner with a few friends. A sociable meal with stimulating conversations and hearty laughters is not only good for your soul! It doesnʻt matter what or how much you eat, because the fact that you are in good company has an digestive effect and helps staying healthy.

Wellness Tip No. 2: Facial Massage

This dissolves tension and stimulates the circulation: a facial massage. It is especially pleasing when it is carried out by a proffessional (beautician). But self-application shows a great effect, too: start at the forehead and massage your face in the direction of the neck by gently pressing and slightly knocking with your fingertips. Nice side effect: some tension can trigger wrinkles. So, a relaxed face helps to avoid wrinkles!

Wellness Tip No. 3: Let color into your life!

Learn from the autumn and become more colorfu! Colors have a positive effect on our wellbeing when they are chosen correctly. Warm tones such as orange, red or yellow brighten up when you feel dull or listless. Violet, turquoise, blue or green give reassuring impulses whenever you feel stressed or overworked.

Wellness Tip No. 4: Nice Legs

This saves time, pushes the cycle and, incidentally, makes quite beautiful, well-shaped calves: seesaw with your feet while you are brushing your teeth! First on your tiptoes, then on the heels, back on the tiptoes and so forth...

Wellness Tip No. 5: Three minutes against tired eyes!

This relaxes tired eyes: sit down comfortably and cover your eyes with your hands so that no light can invade. Now try to dream a little dream of something nice such as your recent holiday. Check carefully for a quiet and deeply breathing. Tip: it is especially beneficial for the eyes when your hands were grated warm previously!

Wellness Tip No. 6: Beauty Mask

Treat your face to an intesive care every once in a while, for example with the cleansing mask by AOK Pur Balance. This causes a pore-deep, intensive cleaning, reduces blackheads and pimples and provides finer pores visibly. In the exposure you can relax with beautiful music and leave the everyday stress behind.

Wellness Tip No. 7: Show your feet!

Quite unfair! These two carry us through life day in, day out, but we rarely pay attention to them: our feet. So, if you are already subsiding into an armchair: take one foot and move and massage every single toe. Then put both thumbs on the back of the foot and massage it by pressing gently. Then itʻs the other onesʻ turn. With this massage important reflex points are stimulated and a pleasant relaxation is guaranteed.

Wellness Tip No. 8: Relaxation Bath

This makes a really good mood on dreary days: a nice warm bath! Take your time and rinse from everyday worries. Maybe you have some candles handy? Then itʻs really cozy in the bathroom. Of course, the water shouldnʻt be too hot - even if it is so tempting, after a frosty walk home. With the right bubble bath you donʻt only maintain your skin, but also stimulate the senses and warm the cooled muscles. With the foam baths by Fa, for example, you experience a sensual bath, where gloomy thoughts have no chance!

Wellness Tip No. 9: Straight Posture

Look for a straight posture - whether you sit, stand or walk. A straight posture is supported by a deep, quiet breathing. You will soon discover how the new posture will strengthen your self-esteem!

Wellness Tip No. 10: Keep Smiling!

This is the absolute bad mood - killer: smiling - and even if you donʻt want to. Studies have shown that a smile relieves the tension of the facial muscles. This signals the brain a good mood and helps distributing happiness hormones. So, if you miss the bus the next time: keep smiling and just wait for the next one...
