Skillfully threaded! Dental floss tricks.
Here’s how to floss correctly
- Tear off a 40 cm long piece of dental floss.
- Wrap around both index fingers so that about 8 to 10 cm are pulled taut in between.
- Using “saw-like” motions, draw dental floss through the contact point between tooth and gum. Careful! Apply gentle pressure so as not to damage the gums!
- Pull dental floss from front to back and from top to bottom.
- Rinse plaque from dental floss after cleaning each interdental space.
