Brushing is not all alike!

The right brushing technique not only cleans the teeth but also gently massages the gums:

1. Hold toothbrush diagonally to the gum line. Approximate angle to tooth necks: 45°.

2. Using slightly vibratory, circular motions, loosen tooth deposits (i.e. plaque), brushing away from the gums (i.e., towards the crown).

3. Starting from the front of the teeth, brush all teeth of the upper jaw, from front to back and then back again. Repeat this process for the lower jaw.

4. Clean the chewing surfaces of the teeth using the same principle.

5. The inner sides of the teeth:
Hold toothbrush at a 90° angle (to the gum line) and brush away from the gums using the aforementioned, vibratory motions.
