Combination skin is especially difficult to care for. Though skin tends to be somewhat oily in the T-zone, every now and again it too thirsts for intensive moisture. Here it is important to select products that regulate sebum production, yet still provide skin with an adequate supply of moisture. Instead of a specially formulated mask, try applying a regulating T-zone gel/cream to freshly cleansed skin (e.g., from Diadermine).
