1. Apply moisturizing eye cream to the eye area and dab in gently with your fingertips.

Apply concealer, either in dots or strips, to the dark area under the eyes and then even out with your fingertips. To prevent the concealer from settling into the creases under the eyes, it is set with a light, loose powder.
